- Swansea cap awarded to Swansea and Wales forward George Hayward in 1906-1907. Hayward played for Swansea as a forward from 1905-1906 to 1912-1913, leaving to play professionally for Wigan RLFC in December 1912. he was capped 5 times by Wales between 1908 and 1909.
