- This No11 jersey was worn by Ireland wing Freddie McLennan in the match in Cardiff against Wales on 21st February 1981. Dai Richards, despite his obvious talents at outside-half and previous caps at centre, was selected on the wing for Wales for this match which they won 9 - 8 with a 69th minute drop goal from Gary Pearce. Dai Richards later exchanged jerseys with McLennan. It was the only time Richards played onthe wing for Wales.
