This commemorative key fob was produced for swansea RFC and sold in the club shop at St Helen's to mark the visit on Saturday 5th November of the South African rugby team to Swansea. The tourists were playing at St Helen's for the first time since 1969, the anti-apartheid sporting restrictions having been lifted. Swansea lost the match by 78 points to 7 and the Springboks went on to win the 1995 Rugby World Cup. this memento of their visit to Swansea was kindly donated by long time Swansea supporter Bleddyn Hopkins.
