This jersey is from the Wales tour to Canada in 1973 and was worn by Swansea prop Phil Llewellyn when Wales beat Canada at Stanley Park, Toronto on 9th July 1973 by 50 points to 20. Llewellyn scored a try in the match. Phil Llewellyn played for Swansea from 1966 to 1981 and turned out for the club in 430 matches, a staggering length of service, second only to Richard Moriarty (469). Phil won 5 senior Welsh caps between 1973 and 1974, the first against Ireland in Cardiff. He captained the Swansea 1st XV in 1971-72 was a long serving committee member and Chairman of the club from 2003 to 2014.
